Description
Mezclada is a consulting and creative studio rooted at the intersection of land, language, and possibility.
We support farmers, entrepreneurs, and community leaders in building work that is financially viable, values-aligned, and deeply human. Our clients are often navigating complex systems—grants, land access, public funding, cross-cultural work—and need both strategic clarity and creative support to move forward.
Our core services include:
-
Food systems consulting — strategic planning, facilitation, and project design for food councils, nonprofits, and community-based initiatives
-
Grant writing + grant strategy — securing funding for farms, businesses, and organizations, alongside training programs that teach clients how to write and manage grants themselves
-
Grant writing training (with AI integration) — hands-on workshops and coaching that demystify the process and build long-term capacity
-
Wellness consultations — supporting founders and land stewards in building sustainable rhythms, preventing burnout, and aligning their work with their health and energy
-
Podcasting 101 — guidance on launching, producing, and growing a podcast as a tool for storytelling, marketing, and thought leadership
I’m also the host and producer of The Transcendent Farmer, an independent podcast exploring what it means to build a life and livelihood that goes beyond traditional models of agriculture. Through conversations with farmers, creators, and system thinkers, the show expands what’s possible for people working on and with the land.
At its core, Mezclada is a bridge:
between farmers and funding,
between ideas and implementation,
between the life you’re living—and the one you’re ready to build.
We work especially well with people who don’t fit neatly into one box—those building across industries, identities, or geographies, and looking for support that honors both structure and intuition.
Because this work isn’t just about launching projects.
It’s about creating systems—and lives—that can actually sustain you.
