My name is Briana Cress, and I am the owner of Gorgeous Looks Salon in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the founder of B. Resil’ient Haircare (formerly Resilience Haircare). I have been serving clients since 2009 and have worked with thousands of individuals, helping them care for their hair while building long-term relationships rooted in trust. I am also a certified trichologist, expanding my expertise to better address hair loss and scalp conditions through a clinical and holistic approach. In addition to my salon and product line, I am an organizer of the Twin Cities Hair & Beauty Expo, an annual event I have partnered with since 2019 that attracts over 2,000 attendees each year. This event creates opportunities for education, entrepreneurship, and community connection within the beauty industry. My work has been featured on WCCO, CBS, KARE 11, FOX 9, and in the Star Tribune. I am passionate about education, community impact, and helping women feel confident and cared for. My work sits at the intersection of beauty, health, and empowerment.
