I have a candle exchange program where people bring in broken, burned and unwanted candles and exchange them for new candles.  I repupose the candle wax, tabs and wicks into 1-lb wax blocks wicks and tabs for candle making.  I also have micro-entreprenuers who sell their products while learning business skills.  I am also a job skills site for the Oregon Commission for the Blind.  I also make candles from my unique hand made molds.
