Therapy with Heather helps women and moms feel like themselves again — not just survive motherhood, but actually feel supported, stable, and whole.
Therapy with Heather provides evidence-based, culturally responsive mental health care focused on women, mothers, and families navigating life transitions. I specialize in perinatal and postpartum mental health, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, identity changes, and relationship stress. My work combines clinical expertise with real-life understanding of motherhood, cultural identity, and systemic barriers that many women face when seeking care.
This work is deeply personal to me.

This work is deeply personal to me. As both a therapist and a mother who has personally navigated postpartum depression earlier in my life, I understand how important it is for women to have access to support that is honest, culturally safe, and free of judgment.
I support women who often feel overlooked in traditional healthcare systems — including Black and Brown women, first-generation families, working moms, single mothers, and women balancing careers, caregiving, and personal healing. Many of my clients are looking for a therapist who feels relatable, culturally aware, and safe to be fully honest with.
Beyond individual therapy, my company focuses on community education, group support for mothers, and expanding access to mental health resources in underserved communities. I am committed to helping women understand their mental health, their rights in healthcare spaces, and how to advocate for themselves and their families while reducing stigma around seeking support.
